What on earth is a Rose of Sharing you may be asking yourself. Admittedly that isn't an actual thing, however, I find it quite catchy for what I have in mind. I've just lined out my first Blog Project for you guys a Step-By-Step Germinating of "Rose of Sharon". The variety is said to be Purple, however, no promises as they were seeds from a seed swapping group. Yes, a seed swapping group! It's an actual thing and one I've come to enjoy so very much. If you've found yourself curious and you're feeling up to seeing what its about you can hop on over using this link https://www.facebook.com/groups/1528769080478447/". Its literally an amazing group full of kind people. Alright so back to the title. Why did I say Rose of Sharing if it is really a Rose of Sharon? Glad you asked. If the seeds germinate and sprout accordingly, a process of which I hope to share with you all, then I will move them over to their own little cups of soil. If all goes accordingly and the sprouts continue to thrive then once they become of a reasonable started size I would like to do a giveaway on my Facebook Page "Homestead Over Heels". Local Followers that are interested will be entered in a drawing for a few chances to win a Rose of Sharon Start. Non-Local Followers that are interested will be entered in a drawing for a few chances to win a few of these Rose of Sharon seeds to grow yourself. With all that information aside let us begin this fun little project. What You Need :

Such a simple process really! This process of germination can be used with a great variety of seeds. If you have kids, I would recommend doing this process with Beans because of their size children can more easily transplant them after sprouting! This really is such a great project to do with your kids as they get to watch their project come to life. I hope you've enjoyed reading about my first Blog Project. I can not wait to update you all. Only time will tell how they do! Until then I do look forward to writing my next blog. With much love and appreciation stay safe. Xx Jeanetta
